The Lake Shore guest lounge has a lake front walk out and is the perfect retreat after a day of enjoying the beach or many other nearby attractions that Brooks and the County of Newell have to offer. 

You will find large comfortable leather sofas that are great to cuddle up on to watch Satellite TV, or a movie on the VCR/DVD. We have a wide assortment of movies for your enjoyment.  In your down time , persue our library books of uplifting literature. You will also find an assortment of , magazines and games to enjoy during your stay. Help yourself to a complimentary snack or a relaxing glass of sherry before bed.  

It is a great place to come together with your hosts and other guests for a visit  if you wish.

Patio & Hot Tub

The lounge opens up to our patio where you will find comfortable deck furniture to sit on and a barbecue for your convenience. You may choose to light a fire in the fire pit or enjoy a quiet moonlit walk along the shores of Lake Newell.

A Lake Shore Bed and Breakfast has all there is to offer of lake living - year round relaxation, ice-fishing, cross-country skiing, skating, and in the summer, hiking or walking paths, fishing, boating, sailing, wind surfing, swimming, tennis and much more!

Take the paddle boat or canoe out for a paddle around our quiet bay, both are available for guest use.

Lake Newell is a bird watcher's paradise with over 250 species! Lake Newell Resort has a marina that sells gas for your boat and great ice cream to top off a relaxing stroll along our shoreline. For the sunbathers, fishermen and the water enthusiasts Lake Newell has it all.
