Arbutus Hill Bed and Breakfast is located on five acres atop a wooded hill on the outskirts of urban Victoria. On a clear day, Mount Baker is visible to the east, rising above the hills of Cordova Bay and the San Juan Islands. Our bed and breakfast is located about midway between downtown Victoria and Butchart Gardens.

There is a 12% sales tax. Weekly and monthly rates available.

Reservation Policy: A valid credit card number, expiry date, name on the card and the type of card will be required at the time of booking to reserve your room.

Cancellation Policy: No charge if a reservation is cancelled 5 days or more prior to the reservation date or if we are able to rent the room to other guests. Reservations must be cancelled by email or by fax.

Check In Time: 4 pm - 10 pm (later by arrangement)
Check Out Time: 11 am
