We are a home that was built in 1997 nestled in a quiet country setting with hiking and biking trails just outside our front door. Only 20 minutes from Kelowna or Vernon. Free internet hookup in each room, so bring your laptops.

Nature lovers can watch Black Chinned & Rufous humming birds feeding from our deck, view eagles soaring overhead, and see deer feeding nearby. There also have been sightings of Osprey, Crossbill, and Williamson Sapsucker in our ponds. Our property ends on the shore of Lake Okanagan with only a short distance across a road.

Our home is air conditioned and non-smoking, no pets are allowed because we have a dog on the premises who is very friendly with people but unsociable with other pets.

Low Season ~ shared washroom room rates

Nov 1 to April 30 ~ Add $25 to the price of the Oak Room

Single: $55 - $65
Double: $65 - $75

High Season ~ Oak room ensuite rates

May 1 to Oct. 31st.

Single: $80 - $90
Double: $90 - $100

Our policy on children is in regards to their behavior and age. If you will control your children & they are old enough then they will be welcome here. Please tell us their ages when inquiring. We need to respect other guest’s rights to a peaceful visit. BCAA approved.

You are welcome to stay past check out time as long as your room is cleared for cleaning.

Reservation Policy: We need a deposit of 50% cash or a Visa or Mastercard number in order to hold a reservation. No charges will be put onto the card as long as we receive a phone call with enough time to rebook the room, usually within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled less than 7 (seven) days before reservation date time will be refunded if the room can be re-booked.
