The Spaniards "Room" is a designated Registered Heritage Structure situated in the heart of Conception Bay North. The highlight of your stay will include authentic Victorian Second Empire architecture, period furnishings, six comfortable rooms to choose from (some with private bath), old fashioned comfort, good food and breathtaking scenery. Less than an hour's drive to the historical capital city of St. John's, and in any direction, you can quickly visit other areas of interest including Brigus, Trinity, Harbour Grace and Carbonear.
Do you like amazing views? For the nature enthusiast we can direct you to amazing hiking trails, scenic lookouts, ocean front beaches, and if your timing is right, front row seats to see skyscraping icebergs. (Don't forget your camera).
Do you like the water and all the magic it offers? We can arrange boat tours, you might see a WHALE or one of many species of sea birds! How about a refreshing swim in the Atlantic Ocean, burrrrr! or a "cook up" on the beach.

Reservation Policy: In order to accept your reservation a valid credit card number and expiry date will be required at the time of booking. This does not affect your preferred method of payment and is used for insurance purposes.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled before the immediate 72 hour period before check-in time will not be subject to any cancellation fees; any time within the 72 period will be subject to the full rate. Exceptions can be made due to emergencies, weather, delayed travel, etc.. We ask that you contact as soon as possible.
