Bulkley River Cottages

 

The Bulkley River Cottages are located 5 minutes east of Smithers, one minute off Highway 16, on the Bulkley River. 

The Log House has three sleeping rooms with double and twin beds. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet while the main floor bathroom has shower, sink, bathtub for two with jets and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, dinner table for six people, living area for relaxing and balcony with BBQ overlooking the river. 

 

 

The Cedar House has three sleeping rooms, each with two twin beds. Facilities include bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, dinner table for six people, living area and balcony with BBQ overlooking the river. 

 

 

The two houses are on a 22 acre property with river frontage, surrounded by pine trees. This quiet setting offers lots of opportunity to enjoy nature. Wildlife such as eagles, otters, beavers, deer, bear and moose can be spotted on the riverbanks. 

From here, guests can enjoy activities such as hiking, trophy fishing for steelhead and salmon, river rafting, canoeing, sightseeing, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, daytours to native villages like Ksan, a day trip to Hyder (Alaska) and much more.
