You will be served a full breakfast every morning between 8:30 and 9:30 unless you make other arrangements. Breakfast can be served on the upper level either in our dining room or in our kitchen's sunny bay overlooking the city of St. Albert.

Although the menu will vary from day to day, we guarantee that you will leave the table feeling satisfied. We provide fresh coffee, milk or tea, juice, fresh fruit, or yogurt, fresh muffins or fresh bread (toast) along with the entrée of the day. These entrées vary but may include eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, waffles, pancakes, cheese, etc. A variety of cold or warm cereals are also available upon request.

Please inform us ahead of time about any special dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate you.

You may choose to be served either in French or in English.
