- Lady MacDonald Egg Neptune: poached eggs and crab served on an open faced home baked croissant with hollandaise sauce.
- Bow Valley Brie Omelette: with fresh herbs, Roma tomatoes and toasted home made bread.
- Rocky Mountain Fruit Crisp: With whipped cream and fresh homemade bread.
- Heart Mountain Cinnamon Bun: with fresh fruit.
- Mt. Allan Poached or Scrambled Eggs: with toasted homemade bread.
- Cascade Caramel French Toast: with whipped cream (or Maple Pecan French Toast).
- Three Sisters Pancakes (regular, blueberry or banana pecan): with homemade fruit compote or pure maple syrup.
