Breakfast Menu

Served between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. weekdays 
and Sunday, Monday, later if desired

  • Chinaman's Peak Cheese Blintz: two egg batter crepes, filled with our ricotta cheese recipe and topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit compote
  • Mt. Rundle Blueberry Blintz: crepes filled with Elli's blueberry compote and topped with whipped cream.
  • Lady MacDonald Egg Neptune: poached eggs and crab served on an open faced home baked croissant with hollandaise sauce.
  • Bow Valley Brie Omelette: with fresh herbs, Roma tomatoes and toasted home made bread.
  • Rocky Mountain Fruit Crisp: With whipped cream and fresh homemade bread.
  • Heart Mountain Cinnamon Bun: with fresh fruit.
  • Mt. Allan Poached or Scrambled Eggs: with toasted homemade bread.
  • Cascade Caramel French Toast: with whipped cream (or Maple Pecan French Toast).
  • Three Sisters Pancakes (regular, blueberry or banana pecan): with homemade fruit compote or pure maple syrup.
  • Baked Cinnamon Apple Pancake: with whipped cream.
  • Multi Grain Bagels: served with cream cheese and jam.

 

All breakfasts are served with fresh fruit in season, orange and apple juices, coffee, cappuccino, caffe latte or tea.
