The setting : The garden with a view of the mountain and the neighbouring properties.
The setting		 Lakeview room : Large bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, fridge and a private balcony with a fabulous view of the lake.
Lakeview room		 Living room : For the exclusive use of our guests with TV, VCR & DVD. Also inside dining area, hardly ever used. Last year all our guests had their breakfasts on the patio; that's just our weather!
Living room
Mountainview room : Tastefully decorated bedroom with a queen bed and a view of the hillside and meadows.
Mountainview room		 Lake Okanagan : View from our breakfast table on the deck overlooking the lake.
Lake Okanagan		 Twin bedroom : Same as Mountainview room, but with two single beds.

    Rates are based on a minimum of 2 nights stay. Single night stays are available with a $ 20.- surcharge.

    Reservation Policy: We require a 50% deposit to hold a room for you.
