    Reservation Policy: First night at time of reservation. Stays of 3+ nights require a two night deposit

    Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. There is a 25 dollar processing charge per room for all refunds regardless of reason or amount of notice.
