Rick and Barb Aoki invite you to come stay with us - experience the beauty and tranquility of the Okanagan Valley.   There are 2 small shih tzu dogs here at the B&B to welcome you upon arrival.

This 4 star B&B is located just 5 minutes from downtown Penticton, Okanagan Lake, South Okanagan Events Center, Penticton Golf and Country Club.   Here is this quiet suburb, you can enjoy a bird's eye view of both Okanagan and Skaha Lakes away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

With over 2500 square feet of B&B space, we can accommodate up to 8 guests.   Choose from two of our spacious 1 bedroom units  or the 2 bedroom Family Suite.  The 2 bedroom unit (suitable for 2 couples, or 1 couple with up to 2 children) is located at the far end of the house, away from the 1 bedroom units, which are reserved for guests traveling without children. 

We offer a non-smoking environment where our guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air to its fullest potential. We even have an on-site massage therapist available to help guests relax and escape the pressure from big city chaos.  Guests of the B&B are offered a 20% discount on their massage if they book it before their arrival.  Check out the B&B packages - as there are some which include a massage with your stay.

All rooms have king sized beds (or if necessary, the second bedroom in the Family Suite has an option to convert to 2 twin beds).  Each of our 3 units has its own fireplace, air conditioning, large screen TV's with movie channels, access to a common deck with hot tub and lounge chairs.

There are two small shih tzu dogs here at the B&B to welcome our guests upon arrival.   They love our guests, but don't take well to sharing the attention with guest pets.   We can recommend a great family home downtown that could possibly house your pet if you are traveling with one.
