    Reservation Policy: Deposits - Reservations must be secured by deposit in the amount of $150.00. (in case of damage). Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after vacation (providing your stay is 'claim free'.

    Cancellation Policy: A 15 day cancellation notice is required for full refund. If cancellation is requested less than 15 days before scheduled arrival, your deposit will be returned, less a $35.00 cancellation fee.
