Gananoque bed and breakfast B&B StoneWater Manor
Welcome to StoneWater Manor, formerly Stephie’s B&B. Your new hosts are Jeff and Karen, and they are no stranger to the hospitality business. Our home is situated at the corner of Stone and Water Streets and we are the closest B&B to the water here in Gananoque.

We offer three suites, on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our home. Please peruse the listings to find out which one invites you in.

Our Century home has a large front porch on Stone Street and another on the Water Street side, which is shared with the best little pub in the area. Paddy’s Pub is a part of this family, and offers different food fare,Room Service for our guests, Music 3 nights a week, and when the pub is closed, a great place to take your morning coffee or tea before the hearty breakfasts.

You’ll also meet Ellie, who helps out with life at 490 Stone Street, and she will fill you in on all the goings on here in town.

We are walking distance to most of what Gananoque offers, and just around the corner from the Gananoque Boat Lines, as well as 15 kms to Rockport to join the Rockport Boat Lines. The 1000 Island Playhouse and Firehall Theatre are about two blocks away.

The front veranda		 The Loft : Our renovated attic, the Loft is on the third floor, is the whole floor, and offers a king size bed, 7 foot window seat, kitchenette, full private ensuite bath with separate shower and soaker tub. Also with a mini-fridge and coffeemaker, TV and air conditioning.

    Two night minimum is preferable during the weekends (Friday-Sunday). Walk-ins are welcome. We offer secure bicycle storage as well.

    Reservation Policy: Reservations will be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking.This ensures your room reservation, and allows for a late check-in should that be required.

    Cancellation Policy: 24 hour cancellation policy - if the room is canceled or the guest does not show up, a full room rate of one night will be charged.
