    THREE NITE MINIMUM ON LONG WEEKENDS.

    2 NITE MINIMUM IN THE SUPER SUITE IN OFF SEASONS

    Reservation Policy: A ELECTRONIC E TRANSFER will be required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Upon arrival payment will be either CASH OR ELECTRONIC E TRANSFER.

    Cancellation Policy: We require seven (7) days notice prior to the day (date) of check in, in the case of cancellation or you will be charged for your total nights booked, unless we are able to rebook the suite.

    Any booking that does not provide the required days notice of cancellation will be charged for your total nights booked, unless we are able to rebook the suite.

    Reservations canceled less than 7 (seven) days before reservation date time will be refunded if the room can be re-booked, less a $15.00 cancellation fee.
