Thea's House is Banff's finest boutique style bed and breakfast experience.

- Our guest rooms feature one king size bed with goose down pillows and duvet, a gas fireplace, tv, dvd player, stereo, phone, wireless high speed Internet access, balcony with spectacular mountain views, and en-suite bathroom with jetted tub (and a shower).

- Although more than spacious, each of our guest rooms accommodates a maximum of two adults.

During our summer/peak season (June 1 - September 30) and over the Christmas/New Year holiday season, we have a minimum stay requirement of three nights.

Reservation Policy: To make a reservation, we will require the name of each guest, a complete mailing address, a contact phone number, and Mastercard or Visa details with which to guarantee the booking. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is as follows: – If you cancel your reservation at any time after making the booking, there will be a $50.00 service fee. – If you then cancel your reservation once you are within 14 days of your confirmed arrival date, you will be charged for your first nights stay in full. – If you cancel your reservation once you are within 7 days of your confirmed arrival date, you will be charged for your first and last nights stay in full. – If you cancel your reservation once you are within 24 hours of your confirmed arrival date, you will be charged in full for all nights reserved. Please Note: Guests that arrive latter than their original check in date, depart earlier than their original departure date, or guests that are a ‘no show’ will be charged for the full length of their confirmed reservation.
